Cancellations/Late Policy: We understand life happens. Glam Room does charge a last minute cancellation fee (48 hrs or less) your deposit will be forfeited. We allow a 15 minute late grace period for appointment’s, after 15 minutes your appointment will be considered a no-show and cancelled, the full amount will be billed to your card on file. No exceptions! *Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit is received.* Thank you for understanding!
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand life happens! If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time, please contact us at least 48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations made after 48hrs will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations less than 24hrs the full service fee is due. Late 15 mins or no-shows will be charged the full service fee.
