CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits, Cancellations & Late Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to respect the time of our artists and clients: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and must paid within 24 hours of booking. If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred within a 4-week window from the original date to a new appointment with at least 48 hour’s notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit. • A 15-minute grace period is offered. After that, your appointment will be considered a no-show and canceled, with the full service amount charged to the card on file—no exceptions. Please note: Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received. Thank you for understanding.
